Recently, Christopher C .Nash, Esq. and Richard M. Dauval, Esq., partners of Leavengood, Dauval & Boyle, gave lectures on the impact bankruptcy laws have on a creditor’s ability to collect on a judgment as well as the ethical issues involved when collecting debt.
Using materials prepared by Ian R. Leavengood and Aaron Swift, Nash and Dauval each gave the two-hour lectures to an audience of attorneys from all over Florida. Mr. Dauval’s lecture took place on Wed., November 14, 2012 at the Marriott Westshore, near downtown Tampa. Mr. Nash’s lecture was the following day on Thursday, November 15, 2012 in Fort Myers.
