On December 2, 2011, after months of hard work by both renovation professionals and the firm’s partners, Leavengood, Dauval & Boyle, P.A. moved into its new home at 3900 First Street North, in St. Petersburg. After 3 months of renovation, the former Landmark Trust Bank building has never looked better!
Moving across town from their offices of 3 years at 2958 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, the employees of Leavengood, Dauval & Boyle are now happily settled into the Northeast Park Shopping Center, near BB&T Bank, Ciccio’s California Kitchen and Publix Supermarket. The new office building – featuring three large conference rooms and a law library in the former bank vault and plenty of parking – is ideal for the firm’s growing loan modification and mediation practice areas.
The Project Manager responsible for the purchase and renovation of the building was firm partner Ian R. Leavengood, and the renovations were contracted with Custom Building Professionals. The lawyers at Leavengood, Dauval & Boyle, P.A. will look forward to showing you around our new offices.
